In addition to the FREE shop local offer or deal.  UPLAND BUSINESSES may also offer a FREE better than usual deal for the perks program.    UPLAND BUSINESSES members will be provided and encouraged to display window decal to promote the Shop Local Program for consumers to view your participation in the program.

    • Honor the deal when displayed in the Snaptown app or in printed form
    • Honor the Fundraiser/Perks deal when presented by a supporter within the Snaptown app for one year
    • Display the 80 Watt window decal, download cards or table tents in a prominent location
    Merchant shall be listed on the Snaptown app and WEB as a Participating Merchant for all Snaptown consumers.

    Merchant may withdraw this application without any obligation or penalty upon 30-days written notice.
