    Merchant shall be listed on the dealsnapt app and WEB as a Participating Merchant for all dealsnapt consumers . Merchant shall also be eligible for a demonstration of the benefits of a Premium dealsnapt merchant account.

    dealsnapt: May at its discretion, advertise and promote the merchant's goods and or services in other mediums available to dealsnapt customers.

    Merchant may withdraw this application without any obligation or penalty upon 30-days written notice.  dealsnapt may withdraw this application at any time.
